Heart and Soul 3.0 Concert features 3 of the formidable singer icons : Philippines’ King of R&B, JAY R, Asia’s Diamond Soul Siren, NINA and King of Hearts’ DAVID POMERANZ, happening on FEBRUARY 24, 2019, SUNDAY at the PALACE THEATER, a historic 1,000 seat theater in the heart of Downtown LA (630 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90014). Door opens at 4pm, show starts at 6pm.
