The Iconic US Tour is finally happening in 2022.

Sharon Cuneta And Regine Velasquez-Alcasid are finally back on stage after the global stage was shut down by the coronavirus, covid-19 pandemic which be happening this coming July 17, 2022.

This much-anticipated event is gonna be an Iconic reunion from both the Sharonians and the Reginians. It’s gonna be a night of the Mega Star Sharon Cuneta’s battle of songs with Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid. A huge collection of hit songs vs. an equally huge collection of hit songs.

“The idea of doing a concert together was long before I guested on her concert,” Sharon Cuneta discloses of Iconic, their long-awaited and highly anticipated coming together in a concert on October 18 and 19, 2019. “Actually, it was her idea. Whenever I would see her, she would go: ‘Reg, mag-concert tayo. Pero natutulala ako. Si Mega talaga, magko-concert with me?” reveals Regine Velasquez-Alcasid. “Hindi lang nagtutugma ang schedule, but now it finally did.”

“Nagbigay talaga kami ng time, and I couldn’t wait, so we really set it for October this year,” Sharon follows up.

“Yes, I believe everything happens in God’s perfect time,” says Sharon. “Also, if we had done this when we were younger, we would have been too busy to appreciate each other. So, we have more appreciation for the collaboration now. There’s more love and respect, and the maturity will come out in the singing. All our experiences will be brought in stage through song.”

“Can you imagine, dalawa yun ha? “I’m at this point in my life na nag-second wind ako, but that’s how I see it,” And this collaboration is just so special and so important for me, na I’m just going to enjoy it. It’s not even going to be work, I’ll just enjoy it. ‘Wag kang magtaka, baka mag-fan girl ako, baka matulala na lang ako.”
